Donald Dow

Hello, my name is Donald (Don) Dow.  I live in Bel Air with my wife Nancy and our two children.  Sophia is seven years old and Jake is five.  We have been members of the Rock Spring Swim Club for three years and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there.  I have been a Contracts Manager at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory for 10 years.  My current job along with previous assignments have equipped me with over 20 years of experience in the procurement field.  I grew up in Florida which provided me with opportunities to take pleasure in yet respect the water.  I would like to contribute to an environment that will provide my children and other member's families that same opportunity.

Rick Swartz

My name is Rick Swartz and along with my wife Ellen and our three boys, Ricky, Nate and Chris, we have been members of Rock Spring for over 10 years. My boys have been members of the swim team for many years and we enjoy representing the Racers at the many swim meets around the county. Along with coaching the boys in many of their team sports and being a teacher at St. Margaret Middle School, I enjoy spending the summer with the family swimming and relaxing at the pool. I would like to become a member of the board to help continue the great summer fun it provides to many families. With the many activities and programs that Rock Spring offers, it has become a great environment to spend enjoyable summer hours with family and friends. 

Doug Keithley

 I have been a resident of Harford County for 42 years and a member of the Harford County Sheriff's Office for 22 years. My current assignment is with the Domestic Violence Unit. I reside in Forest Hill with my wife of fifteen years, Allison and two children, Adam (ten) and Rachel (eight). We have been members of the pool for five seasons.  I have an interest in serving on the board because as a family we enjoy the pool and I would be glad to assist with any assignments that would make the pool even more enjoyable for the members.

Suzanne Green

My husband, Chuck, and I have been members of Rock Spring Swim Club for about 10 years.  We have two boys, Brad and Corey, ages 22 and 18.  Both of the boys learned to swim at Rock Spring and enjoyed many teen nights at the club.  Rock Spring has always been our family gathering place – a place where we can all be together to relax and spend quality time together without the interruptions of “home life”.   Now that our boys are grown and moving on to college and lives of their own, Chuck and I find that we have more time to give back to the community that helped us raise our children.

Dave Iampieri

I am a 39 year old teacher in Baltimore County. I also coach varsity Boys' basketball and Girls' Softball at Overlea High School where I teach business courses. I have a BS degree in Business from York College in PA and have my teacher's certificate from Towson University. I also have a master's equivalency. I am married and have 2 wonderful kids. Their names are Emily and Benjamin. Emily just started kindergarten and Ben will be 4 this November. My wife Beth and I are at the pool frequently since I have summers off. We have been members for the past 4 years and love the atmosphere Rock Spring provides for our family. I want to get involved and help continue the strong direction, growth and leadership that we have seen in the past 4 years.

Kirk Warner

My name is Kirk Warner.  My family has been a member of RSSC since 1995, and I have served as Vice President/Treasurer on the Board of RSSC for the
past 6 years.  My background is in finance- having worked for Eastern Savings Bank for the past 18 years.  I have also coached/managed various sports teams in the Forest Hill Rec program for the past 12 years.  All 3of  my children have swam for RSSC in the past.   We look forward to another fun season at the pool in 2009, and I look forward to the opportunity to serve on the Board for another term if re-elected.

Gerri Mitchell

My name is Gerri Mitchell.  My husband, Mark, and I have been members of RSSC for the past 4 years, along with our two sons, Josh & Jacob.  I am currently on the Board of Directors at RSSC and have enjoyed serving on the Social Committee for the past 3 years.  It has been a pleasure to plan activities that are enjoyed by the members, as well as their family and friends.  I have been a substitute teacher for 8 years in the Harford County Public Schools and volunteer at both Fallston Middle & High school (where my children attend).   I would like to continue on the Board of Directors to help continue to make it one of Harford County’s favorite swim clubs.
